Our Logistics Associate plays a vital role in helping us achieve this mission by managing the shipping and receiving of merchandise and supporting various distribution center operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.

• Unpack and load merchandise efficiently on and off trucks.
• Follow best practices for tagging and scanning to guarantee accurate shipping.
• Meet productivity objectives while utilizing time wisely.
• Fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The willingness to undergo a physical capability test, drug screening, and background check.
• The ability to lift and move heavy furniture consistently.
• A reliable and punctual attendance record for scheduled shifts.
• A strong adherence to safety guidelines.
• The ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and correspondence.
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• A commitment to serving others and prioritizing team goals.
