Our Logistics Associate plays a vital role in helping us achieve this mission by managing the shipping and receiving of merchandise and supporting various distribution center operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the highest quality standards, so our customers receive their furniture in optimal condition.
- Unpack and load merchandise efficiently on and off trucks.
- Follow best practices for tagging and scanning to guarantee accurate shipping.
- Meet productivity objectives while utilizing time wisely.
- Fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The willingness to undergo a physical capability test, drug screening, and background check.
- The ability to lift and move heavy furniture consistently.
- A reliable and punctual attendance record for scheduled shifts.
- A strong adherence to safety guidelines.
- The ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and correspondence.
- Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- A commitment to serving others and prioritizing team goals.
- A proactive mindset with ownership over responsibilities.
