Job DescriptionLogistics Assembly and Warehouse Worker Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Logistics Assembly and Warehouse Workerfor a shipping company based in Marietta, GA. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as assembling, picking and packing orders, shipping, receiving and other related tasks as designated. Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. Logistics Assembly and Warehouse WorkerDuties and Responsibilities • Assemble products for orders in accordance with written instructions. • Pick and pull products by hand according to orders using handheld scanners. • Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments. • Assist with shipping and receiving duties including monitoring pick-ups and deliveries via phone calls and electronically. • Ensure the job duties are completed safely in adherence to all safety procedures and general housekeeping • Other duties as assigned. Logistics Assembly and Warehouse WorkerQualifications and Requirements • Previous assembly, handheld scanner, shipping/receiving, and loading/unloading experience required. • Previous Dock or Warehouse experience in the transportation industry required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills. • Strong work ethic, with a proven, stable work history. • Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted, completion of in office lifting assessment is required. • Drug-screening and background check is required.
