Responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse, receiving, production, and shipping activities. Ensures all employees work within regulations, policies, and procedures related to health and safety, environment, and quality.

Afternoon Shift 2:00-10:00pm

• Coordinate receiving of inbound raw materials and shipping of finished goods
• Provide employees with ongoing feedback on performance and guide improvement
• Perform problem solving and root cause analysis when issues arise; manage scanning, documentation, and labeling
• Release orders following established guidelines
• Support inbound and outbound operations through system/manual tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, fostering integrity, ethics, and respect
• Promote a supportive team environment conducive to collaboration and growth
• Follow health and safety protocols, report incidents and hazards, and use protective equipment
• Report food safety and quality issues, ensuring policies are followed at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in manufacturing, specifically in shipping and receiving
• Forklift certification is an asset
• Effective stress management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health & safety and HACCP/GMP standards
• Ability to learn in-house systems quickly and work with urgency
