We are seeking an experienced Logistician to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of resources, materials, and operational support for the ACU/DCP Upgrade Project. Responsibilities include supply chain management, inventory tracking, procurement, transportation logistics, and compliance to keep project execution efficient and aligned with federal regulations. This role involves comprehensive oversight of ASOS deployment, logistics, inventory management, and operational support to ensure smooth project delivery. This position is contingent upon final contract award.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deployment Monitoring & Forecasting: Assist the government in monitoring and reporting on deployment statuses of ongoing ASOS projects, ensuring alignment with milestones; track stock levels and burn rates; perform deployment forecasting to minimize supply chain disruptions; support the government project manager in deployment management and communication with regional offices.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory tracking, manage stock levels for ASOS components, create due-ins for incoming shipments, and update inventory records as needed.
  • Resource Coordination & Distribution: Ensure timely procurement, warehousing, and transportation of critical equipment; support installation teams with resource coordination.
  • Operational Support & Compliance: Provide field data to maintenance teams, ensure procurement and expenditure compliance with federal regulations, and facilitate logistics support for meetings, including A/V and resource allocation.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
    • Ability to pass a NOAA background check (Public Trust)
