Imagine One is currently seeking a lead Logistician to support a future proposal effort. Upon award, work will be performed in Washington, D.C. on/near the Washington Navy Yard.The Logistician will plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities, such as maintenance planning, repair analysis, and test equipment recommendations in support of U.S. Navy in-service ship modernization, maintenance, training, and inactivation. They will manage the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordinating and provisioning and minimizing obsolescence. They will direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products. The lead Logistician will be expected to direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources. Additionally, they will participate in the assessment and review of design alternatives and design change proposal impacts.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 12 years professional experience in logisticsDemonstrated competency in DoD logistics / information systems and tools such as HIS Haystack, Model Based Product Support (MBPS), Navy Data Environment (NDE), Material Readiness Database (MRDB), Regional Maintenance and Modernization Coordination Office (RMMCO), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), and NAVAIR DeckplateDemonstrated experience in training and developing LogisticiansDemonstrated supervisory skillsExperience engaging with external organization such as NAVSUP, TYCOM, and commercial vendors.Preferred: 15 years of experience supporting the USNEducational RequirementsBachelor's degree in any fieldDAU Life Cycle Logistics Advanced Certification or equivalentPreferred: Master's degreeSecurity RequirementsActive Secret DoD ClearanceImagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision, and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing master's degree); employee training, development, and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more!ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013CMMI Development and Services - Maturity Level 3An Employee-Owned BusinessEEO/Veterans/Disabled
