Directly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. Duties will include:

• Analyze and coordinate logistical functions in support of multiple engineering and sustainment efforts, including: Structural Avionics/Electrical Engineering RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation), SLAP/SLEP (Service Life Assessment/Extension Programs), OOR (Out of Reporting), ISR (In-Service Repairs).
• Support high-tempo kitting operations associated with airframe changes, adapting to fast-paced and shifting requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Assist in tracking and managing over 4,000 components across 361 part numbers, ensuring alignment with evolving directives from PMA-265 and other operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, collaboration with FRCSW manufacturing, and outbound logistics to meet mission timelines and support readiness.

• Familiarity with logistics systems and tools including:
• ATLS
• OneTouch
• WebFLIS
• Navy ERP
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Current Secret Clearance
• No per diem; work location at NAS North Island, CA area
• Start date: ASAP
• Job duration: 6 months to 1 year
• Base Salary Range: $35.00-45.00 (specific to certain states; varies elsewhere)
• Minimum Experience: 3-10 years in management, technical, or business analysis disciplines
• Minimum Education: BS or BA in Engineering, Logistics, Science, or relevant technical discipline (or 6 years of additional work experience)
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods in an office environment
