• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
• BLS required
• Average of 14 - 18 patients per day in clinic, average of 25 deliveries per month
• Must be comfortable w/ VBACs, C-sections, hysterectomies, all routine OB & outpatient GYN procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
