Master\u2019s or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited institution. Extensive experience performing and training others in gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams, gynecological screenings, and evidence-based care practices. Training and experience in performing pelvic exams, Pap smears, and STI screening/treatment. Experience with preventive care, contraception counseling, and reproductive health services. Strong background in clinical education, mentorship, and procedural training. Experience in clinical supervision and provider training. Recent experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telemedicine. DEA License (if required for practice). Experience working in a university health setting, outpatient gynecology practice, or a clinical training environment. Experience developing and implementing training programs for healthcare providers. Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives, clinical policy development, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of inclusive, patient-centered, and culturally competent gynecological care practices. Experience with LGBTQ+ inclusive care and PrEP prescribing. Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.Position Highlights
