• 12-hour shifts -- 5 pm - 5 am or 7 am - 7 pm
• Patient ratio of 0 - 10 PPD
• Every other week rotation with breaks between stretches
• Ongoing hospitalist coverage
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS certification required
