• Monday/Thursday 7 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 6 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• 18 - 25 patients per day with chart closure within 2 business days
• Rural FQHC setting
• EMR: OCHIN or EPI
• Experience in reproductive health including IUD and Nexplanon placement
• Chronic care management experience required
• Spanish bilingual preferred
• MAT waiver preferred for addiction treatment
