• Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 8:15 am - 12 pm, 2.5 - 3 days per week
• 18 - 25 patients per full day with telehealth opportunities
• Adult patient population with visits at 1 - 3 month intervals
• Comprehensive pain management with only 15% requiring narcotic treatment
• Performs joint injections, trigger point injections, and carpal tunnel injections
• Pain management and weight loss & wellness practice
• Hospital privileges required
• 3 - 6 month assignment duration
