Clinic and Call coverage. Clinic will be 7a-5p daily Night call 5p-7a.Will start with sporadic dates but are ultimately seeking someone who can offer more consistent coverage over time.Adults only2-5 ppdEMR: EPICGeneral Urology procedures requiredWilling to pay for full travel Credentialing Timelines:a. Payer enrollment: 90-120 days from receipt of Demographics IN license IN Controlled Substance Registration DEA w/IN practice address and signed enrollment forms. b.
