Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urgent Care in Pennsylvania - Austin Major Group : Job Details

We are seeking an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Physician to join our expanding urgent care team in Pennsylvania. This flexible opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options, competitive hourly rates, and the chance to work across multiple well-equipped locations.

• Full-Time: 12+ shifts/month
• Part-Time: 6+ shifts/month (minimum 3 shifts/month to be considered)
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
• Locations: Multiple clinics within 30 miles
• EMR: Epic
• Privileges: Full and temporary privileges available
• No Call or Rounding

• Provider will see patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, they may do splints, Xrays/EKGs, drawing blood and I&Ds. X-rays, EKGs, and blood draws
• Average of 3–4 patients per hour
• Sites staffed with 1–3 providers daily
• On-site medical assistants and radiology techs
• Physician support available remotely if not physically on site
• High-acuity cases are referred to local emergency departments

• Board Certification: Required in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania medical license
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in Urgent Care or
  • Minimum 1 year in Emergency Medicine
• Patient Care: Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
