Specialty Urgent Care State MO Location 1421 South Range Line Road Suite C, Joplin, MO 64804 Requirements Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for Board Certified/Eligible physicians (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds to join our state-of-the-art urgent care centers. What We Offer: - Beautiful, modern facilities with onsite lab, mobile X-Ray, and EKGs - Support team including medical assistants and radiology techs. - Consistent scheduling opportunities with preference for blocks, weekends, and holidays Minimum Requirements: - Residency trained and ABMS or AOB certified (no other boards accepted) - Must be able to see all ages - Proof of 50 patient encounters in the past 12 months relevant to privileges requested - Current BLS (AHA only) and preference to ACLS and PALS - Comfortable with urgent care procedures: sutures, wound care, incision and draining, splinting, x-rays, EKGs, drawing blood - Must be able to work independently without nurse support - Epic EMR experience preferred Scheduling: - 12-hour shifts - No overtime granted - Preference to those willing to work weekends and holidays - Can book out in advance When submitting candidates please include: - Interview availability over the next 2 weeks - Actual number of shifts of availability per month – specifically needing Dec/Jan/Feb - Copy of active licenses Please answer the following questions as part of the presentation process.
