City: Kiryas Joel State: NY Start Date: 2025-09-15 End Date: 2025-12-15 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8 Hours Day shift Description: *MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE NY LICENSE.* Job ID : 2506444: Specialty: OB 95 OB 5 GYN Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: on going Shift Details:1 24-hr call Hospital shift in 7 days could be any day of the week 2- 8hr clinic days per week Mon-Friday- Call shift is not pager provider needs to be in the hospital. There is a room next to LD for waiting. Work Details: Support staff 5 other OB providers Midwife support as well. For Sunday call they have an LPN MA Receptionist other Doctors working that can help out Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks minimum 3 weeks of availability Patients per day 14 patients per day every 30 minutes Patient population/age: Teenagers Adults mostly Department description: EMR eClinicalWorks Hospital bed size: community health centers Skills required: Practice Setting: Other pertinent information: onsite ultrasound deliveries are done at Good Samaritan 5 other OB providers Midwife support as well 1500 deliveries per year they do have a sleep room at the facility if they want to stay onsite during 24 hour call Academic/Training Ambulatory Surgery Center Clinic/Private Practice Corporate/Non-Clinical Hospital Long-Term Care/Facility Telemedicine Requirements: Board Certification: must be BC cannot take BE DEA State license required: yes DEA: Yes Credentialing Timeframe: Credentialing timeframe: 60–90-day average Willing To License No Travel: Client looking to minimize travel expenses - local provider drive in/mileage reimbursement preferred Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 09:00 - 17:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $222.30 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
