Job Details: Coverage: Ongoing Positions Open: 1 Shift: time Mon - Fri: 8a-5p and night call 5p - 8a 24 hour call Sat-Sun Hours for the locum provider does include call requirements Duties: The locum would see all of the patients one time per week but be available while the patients are being treated Required Procedures: Typical Rad Onc EMR: EPIC Support Staff: clinic staff Average 38-50 patients under treatment daily Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels Air Travel: Local, preferred Credentialing : Temp privileges are possible Credentialing with other facilities? No Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
