• Oregon license required
• 9/29 start ongoing
• About 14 patients per day on average: 2-3 new patients and 9-10 follow-ups
• Mix of Hematology (about 5%) and Oncology (about 95%)
• Working with one physician and 2 NP's
• Epic EMR
