This role involves night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, working a 7 on/7 off schedule. The provider will engage in daily rounding on ICU and stepdown inpatients, manage new consults, and oversee patient discharges, handling an average of 10-15 patients daily. Job Details Location: Indiana Start Date: Sept. 8, 2025 LOA: 65 days Provider Type Needed: Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Schedule: 12 hour night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) with a 7 on/7 off rotation Responsibilities and Duties Conduct daily rounds on ICU and stepdown inpatients. Manage new patient consults. Oversee the discharge process for patients. Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care aligned with facility protocols.
