The selected candidate will work as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, with a weekly schedule that includes variable daytime shifts from Monday to Thursday. Manage patient records and documentation using the Epic EMR system. Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine Must have a valid New York state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Minimum 3 years of experience with workers' compensation cases in New York.
