Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nurse Practitioner in Cumberland, MD - Alumni Healthcare Staffing : Job Details

Requirements: Only CRNPs will be considered, Active Maryland License, ACLS, BLS. Schedule: 7p-7a Mon - Sunday. 10-14 shifts per month needed until a perm is hired. Could have the potential need for more than 14 per month. Please see below for additional job details. Average patient census: 8 Anesthesia in-house 24/7 Open 18-bed ICU unit Daily responsibilities: manage the day-to-day needs of post-operative cardiovascular patients as well as general sick patients write daily progress notes, round on patients alongside nursing and surgical teams multiple times per night, and enter/initiate appropriate orders for the patient population. Transferring patients as necessary and interpreting labs and imaging to act upon those results.
