• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP) - REQUIRED
• Active VA license - REQUIRED
• BLS, DEA- REQUIRED
• Provider Must be Local - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 36 hours (3x12s) per week, every week with rotating weekends - REQUIRED
• Locum NP with experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Health.
