Assignment Schedule: Core Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Late Room Coverage: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call Coverage: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM Call Frequency: Approx. once per week Call Response Time: 30 minutes Site & Case Details: 5 Operating Rooms | 5 CRNAs on daily schedule Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Pediatrics OB Volume: ~380 deliveries/year including C-sections and VBACs Proficiency required: Spinals, Epidurals, Regional Nerve Blocks Documentation: Case logs required for spinals, epidurals, and blocks Supervision: 60% supervised model EMR: Medaxion Provider Requirements: Active Vermont License and DEA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (All through AHA – no exceptions) Board-Certified CRNA Recent experience with relevant case types and procedures Clean malpractice/background preferred for temp privileges Why Rhino?
