Cintas is seeking a Location Manager. The Location Manager assists with managing the location's overalloperational business while completing a defined curriculum of activities that will prepare the partnerto successfully lead a Rental facility within a 24-month timeframe. Responsibilities include but are notlimited to management of an assigned area or areas, hiring and developing a high performing team,managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing abudget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Will also provide input on immediateand long-range planning of location goals and objectives.

The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
