THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A LOCATION CLERK - ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

This full-time office position follows a regular work schedule. You'll enjoy a consistent routine while making a significant impact within our dealership.

As an Location Clerk - Administrative Support, you will start your day by receiving visitors and telephone calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties within the dealership. Your morning might include preparing bank deposits and balancing cash receipts, followed by reviewing purchase orders and submitting supporting paperwork to the Accounting Department. Throughout the day, you'll distribute mail, maintain dealership files, and draft standard letters and memoranda. You'll provide essential administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments, order office supplies, and assist with company events like customer clinics and employee appreciation activities.

OUR IDEAL LOCATION CLERK - ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong clerical expertise
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to extensively use computers
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs and handle extended periods of sitting, some bending, and squatting
