Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker (Clinician - Family Preservation) to provide evidence-based therapy to youth at risk for out-of-home placement and their families. This is a community-based role working with youth involved in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress, and manage cases from intake to aftercare.
• Collaborate with case managers and external providers to coordinate care.
• Attend treatment team meetings and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Maintain productivity and billing expectations.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Indiana clinical license (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) required.
• 2+ years of experience in counseling or case management preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
