About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team, providing compassionate care and support to clients in a hybrid work environment. This role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-person, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality social work services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide counseling and support services to diverse client populations
• Collaborate with other healthcare and social service professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices in social work

Requirements

• Active LMSW license in New York and your state of residence
• Spanish-speaking required for LMSWs
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LMSW (no new graduates)
• Must be able to attend in-office work once a month if needed
• Comfortable with hybrid work structure
