• Lead comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments & build tailored treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy that changes lives
• Deliver crisis intervention, assessments, and triage when clients need it most
• Coordinate holistic care, linking clients to vital community resources
• Ensure compliance through timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Empower individuals on their journey toward wellness and recovery

• Master's in social work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in New York
• 1–2 years of mental health clinical experience
• Medicare/Medicaid (NY) enrollment required
