We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Behavioral Health team in a hybrid capacity. This full-time position offers a mix of remote work with occasional in-office visits a few times per month, as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality mental health services to diverse populations and thrive in a flexible, supportive environment.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Provide individual and/or group therapy
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings

• Active LCSW license in New York and in your state of residence (if outside NY)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an LCSW (no new grads)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with hybrid work model (remote + minimal onsite)
• Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
