Registered Nurse (RN) – Correctional Facility ClinicLocation: Lambertville, NJSchedule: Full-Time , Per DiemAvailable Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:We are currently seeking experienced and highly capable Registered Nurses to join a clinical team in a correctional facility located in Lambertville, NJ. This position operates in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment similar to an urgent care or emergency room setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Independent initiation and management of IV therapy
• Triage of patients and assessment of medical needs
• Wound care and emergency response
• Providing comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards
• Operating autonomously in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey or a Compact State (in good standing)
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on RN experience in one or more of the following areas: ICU, CCU, ER, Telemetry, or Med-Surg with IV/wound care responsibilities
• Prior correctional nursing experience is required
• IV Certification with demonstrated ability to independently start and manage IVs
• Proficiency in triage, wound care, and critical thinking
• Current hands-on CPR certification (online-only courses not accepted)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening and fingerprint background check
