Job Summary: we are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer for a full-time, onsite position. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for medical evaluation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to patient safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiographic procedures on patients in accordance with physician orders and protocol
• Operate X-ray and related imaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional demeanor throughout imaging procedures
• Apply radiation protection measures for patient and staff safety
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs
• Follow infection control procedures and organizational safety guidelines
• Support the radiology team with various clinical and operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of general radiographer experience

• Licensure: Valid Radiologic Technologist license issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH)

• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
