Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA)Location: New York, NYShift details : Mon to Fri (9am to 5 pm )Pay rate: up to $70 per hourJob Type: Fulltime/PermanentPosition Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an adult primary care setting. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive exams, manage chronic illnesses, and contribute to integrated, whole-person care models in collaboration with mental health professionals.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and perform detailed history and physicals (H&Ps)
• Manage chronic and acute conditions through evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with mental health teams and interdisciplinary staff
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• New York State Physician Assistant License (active)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care
• Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of ADHD management and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment (Preferred)
