Details:

• Contract: 6 Months
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays(Part Time)
• Hours: 8:30am-5pm
• Rate: $58/hour
• Home Health
• 3 Patients/Day
• Develop physical therapy programs for patients with mobility problems or injuries
• Adapt physical therapy programs to meet the needs of patients with geriatric problems
• Treat acute and chronic medical conditions by developing individualized treatment plan
• Perform procedures that assess mobility and muscle strength
