Delivers high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising support staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring effective, patient-centered care.

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services, manage patient care plans, and contribute to improved patient outcomes. This role involves independent clinical practice, supervision of therapy staff, and compliance with all relevant healthcare guidelines.

Requirements:Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in electronic medical records and documentationPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical job dutiesKnowledge of OSHA and Medicare compliance standardsOngoing completion of continuing education as requiredCredentials:Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (or substantially equivalent international program)Current state licensure/registration as a Physical TherapistActive CPR certification per state licensure requirements
