We're looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Folsom, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help patients recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional care while advancing your own clinical skills.

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Document patient progress clearly, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and aides, ensuring quality and continuity of care
• Collaborate with referring providers and care teams
• Adhere to state practice guidelines and documentation requirements
• Participate in continuing education and internal training
• Contribute to team meetings, compliance reviews, and patient outcome improvement initiatives

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California PT license (or licensure eligibility)
• CPR certification (valid and current per licensure standards)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and support safe patient handling
• Professional, team-focused, and patient-centered attitude

• Annual salary: $80,000 – $100,000
