We're hiring a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team in Fairfield, CA. 🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care, and document outcomes
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides to ensure high standards of care
• Communicate clearly with referring physicians, patients, and families
• Comply with clinical, legal, and ethical standards of practice
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or licensure eligible)
• Valid CPR certification (per licensure requirements)
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patient mobility as needed
• Positive team-oriented attitude and desire to help others
