The pay scale for this position is $50.00 - $79.00/hr

Eligible for Sign on Bonus and Relocation Bonus

Length of Assignment: 36 Months

Candidates must possess a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution Candidates must have completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency or have equivalent hospital practice experience Pharmacy licensure, or eligibility, in Indiana is required
