WCS Healthcare is partnering with a large reproductive health clinic in Schenectady, NY. We are seeking Patient Care Associates to work full time. Great pay and benefits included!

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 8am - 6pm.

• Assist front desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and handling inquiries.

• Review patient health histories for completeness and communicate critical information, such as chief complaints and history of present illness to the APC.

• Accurately document all findings in the electronic medical record using appropriate PPGNY templates and forms.

• Provide clear, patient-centered, non-judgmental education in accordance with MS&G, and obtain informed consent as required for the visit.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience.

• Prior experience as a PCA or Front Desk Associate/Administrative staff in a healthcare setting required.

• Phlebotomy and lab specimen handling experience is a plus.
