Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) (6 months contract) Location: Puyallup, WA Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour Start Date: August 1, 2025 Position Overview: Puyallup Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT). This is a temporary position with potential for permanent placement. New graduates are welcome to apply! Permanent Option available. Contract runs from August 2025-January 2026. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain). BLS Certification (CPR) COVID-19 Vaccination Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray Ability to pass a clear criminal background check and drug screening Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for working in a skilled nursing or rehab setting. Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab (not required – new grads encouraged to apply).
