Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with our Relationship Centered Care model. This role involves utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and organizational standards to assess and meet the healthcare needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care grounded in nursing theory, clinical research, and professional practice standards
• Perform thorough assessments and apply critical thinking to develop and manage individualized care plans
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions and continuously evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Prioritize all aspects of care including patient education, discharge planning, rounding, and appropriate task delegation

Requirements:

• Active New York RN License
• Current BLS Certification
