Job Description:We're seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses with behavioral health experience to join our team for a 16-week assignment. Nurses will provide direct patient care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting, ensuring safety, support, and quality outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting progress.
• Administering medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Supporting patients in crisis with compassion and sound clinical judgment.
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in NC (or compact).
• At least 1 year of recent behavioral health/psych nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
