Our client is seeking an RN for a Pediatric Foster Care position in NY. This local contract opportunity offers a competitive salary. Temp to perm role!

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 9am - 5pm.

• Collect patient information, including medical records, insurance details, and pretreatment formalities before provider visits.

• Triage patients and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and heart rate.

• Assist patients with preparations for medical exams and administer prescribed medications, immunizations, or injections.

• Dress external wounds and report any changes in patient condition to the provider.

• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, diet, and health maintenance; document care and patient responses accurately.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience working with pediatric patients in a clinic or school setting.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN or LVN license in the state of New York.
• High school diploma or GED required.
