Licenses and Certifications Required:

ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certificate

BLS - AHA

Experience Required:

2 years of recent Chemo experience.

Outpatient/Clinic Experience PICC experience

Preferred:

PICC Certification
