22nd Century Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Mental Health for a local contract nursing job in West Trenton, New Jersey.

• Attend cross-shift Report each morning
• Make Rounds locate emergency equipment, fire alarm & key; Unit Census
• Perform incoming & outgoing Narcotic count
• Prepare staff assignments; Participate in Treatment Team Mtgs; Assess patients under your charge and complete all documentation for them
• Restraint documentation that occur during your Attend & supervise cafeteria
• Acknowledge, Prep/Transcribe doctors' orders
• Medical or psychiatric emergencies that may occur during your shift
• Attend & assist in complete all nursing responsibilities.

• 1 year of Psychiatric RN experience• Registered Nurse License• BLS/CPR Certificate
