We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical RN to join our team. The RN will provide direct patient care, support recovery, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.
• Assist with procedures and post-surgical recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and health management.
• Document all patient care accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• Med/Surg or acute care experience.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and detail-focused.
