Clinical Nurse Educator Mother/Baby Details:

• 13+ week contract position, possible temp-to-hire
• NIGHTS
• 3, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends
• $85.00/hour
• Weekly pay
• Health insurance

Clinical Nurse Educator Mother/Baby Responsibilities

• Assess data relevant to the learner's progress and interpret the appropriate information necessary to develop group and individual learning plans
• Develop and apply the Standards of Care and policies and procedures of hospital
• Enhance the quality of care provided to patients and families through education and support
• Serve as a resource/coach for nursing staff, fellow educators, management, and other healthcare providers

Clinical Nurse Educator Mother/Baby Qualifications

• MSN or MSN-ED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mother/Baby specialty required
• Experience in education or staff development required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Active NY RN license or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
