Job Overview: Provide dedicated pediatric home health care for technology-dependent and medically complex patients, primarily with tracheostomy and ventilator needs. Each shift typically consists of one patient visit, working alongside an LPN assigned to the same home.

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• BSN required
• Minimum 6 months experience in one or more: Home Care, Pediatrics, Acute Care, Medical/Surgical, CCU, Obstetrics, Geriatric Care, or Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD)
• Experience in pediatrics, developmental delays, and managing trach/vent patients preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
