Schedule: 5 days/week - 8:00am - 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid meal break)

Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. This role is centered around ongoing patient care management, bridging episodic and long-term health needs. The ideal candidate is a patient-focused team player with strong clinical assessment skills and a dedication to excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for clinic patients
  • Provide phone triage and determine appropriate level of care and follow-up
  • Facilitate patient and family education related to treatments and care plans
  • Administer medications and immunizations in accordance with established procedures
  • Support diagnostic testing and coordinate orders from providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation in patient records

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin
  • BLS or CPR Certification from AHA or Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
  • Entry-level experience accepted
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
