• Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed professional they are applying for.
• 1 year of experience in a facility setting for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and units with medically fragile individuals or areas with a higher acuity, more skilled nursing
• Experience with a larger med pass
• Candidates MUST have really heavy med pass experience; up to 40 patients
• Nurses with experience in Nursing Homes do better here.
• Home Health, Clinic, and Hospice experience does not prepare a nurse for medication administration like that.
• Agency nurses float first
• Need to have clear written and verbal communication skills, they have to communicate with peers, DSPs, PCPs, and also the individuals who live here. COVID Vaccine Requirement: Vaccine required
