WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for a contract assignment in an outpatient setting at a prestigious hospital in the Bronx, NY.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 5x8: 8:30am - 5pm.

• Ask patients questions related to their health to support diagnosis, and document symptoms and medical history for the physician.

• Monitor changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately in emergency situations.

• Administer medications, draw blood, and provide vaccinations in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Track and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.

• 2 years clinical experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of behavioral care experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
