Full Time Urgent Care Nurse PractitionerSeeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced primary and urgent care, managing acute and chronic conditions.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat a range of illnesses independently or within a healthcare team.- Provide care for minor injuries, infections, and episodic conditions.- Identify serious conditions and direct patients to emergency care when needed.- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner Program (Family).- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (RN, UC, ICU, critical care).- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license.- National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC).
